Snom PA1+ Announcement and Paging System

The Snom PA1+ is a professional-grade SIP-based public announcement system designed for seamless integration with SIP PBX systems. Featuring an integrated 6.5-watt Class D amplifier, it delivers clear HD audio suitable for announcements and background music in offices, corridors, and large rooms.

This device supports both IPv4 and IPv6 protocols and secures communications via TLS/SRTP encryption. It offers Power over Ethernet (PoE) for convenient installation without extra power cables and includes a Gigabit Ethernet switch with two RJ45 ports for connecting additional network devices such as LAN cameras.

Flexible relay contacts controllable through SIP or DTMF enable integration with external systems like door openers or security alarms. The PA1+ supports multicast paging and common audio codecs including G.711, G.722, and Opus for versatile audio compatibility.

Audio input and output options include dual 3.5 mm jacks for headset microphone and line out, plus speaker terminal connections for external 8 Ω loudspeakers or larger PA systems via 600 Ω outputs.

Management and provisioning are streamlined through a web-based user interface with support for HTTP, HTTPS, TFTP, and Snom's secure SRAPS provisioning, complemented by diagnostic SIP and PCAP tools. The device can be wall-mounted using included hardware for stable installation.
